Businesses specialising in specific vehicle types such as light commercial vehicles, HGV tippers, or road transport services can leverage this framework to gain access to a wide range of public sector clients. ESPO will monitor the financial stability of service providers throughout the framework duration, ensuring robust participation and high service standards.
