The purchases covered by this notice are 0.75ML DATA-MATRIX CODED SCREW CAP TUBES V-BOTTOM IN MICRONIC 96-2 RACK WITH LOW COVER (BARCODED A1-H1 SIDE). Due to the emergency nature of these purchases, no formal contract was awarded but PHE's Purchase Order formed the contract. An example Purchase Order is attached.
