The Council invites you to tender for the provision of Consultancy Core Services which will be based on the following: * Annual Asset Valuations of General Fund and Housing Revenue Account (HRA) funded property; * Re-instatement valuations of domestic and non-domestic properties for Insurance purposes; * Rating Valuation Advice for the Corporate Property Estate.
