The Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA) offers the best value to organisation that want a manageable volume licensing program that gives them the flexibility to buy cloud services and software licenses under one agreement. Additional information: Awarded via conducting a further competition under the KCS Professional Services Framework - Software Products and Associated Services 2 (Y20011) - OJEU Reference 2019/S 209-509650. Standstill period was applied before award. No challenges received. The value of the contract was estimated at PS1.5 million per annum (PS4.5 million total contract value).
