Health Check software shall work across a number of different clinical systems (such as EMIS and Systm One) and Health Check templates will be provided (and maintained) to Health Check providers for the duration of the contract.The HCSS is a critical component of the wider NHS Health Check agenda. Additional information: The contract will be let for an initial contract term of 24 months commencing upon contract execution, for a three month mobilisation period (April 2021 - 30th June 2021) followed by 21 months of business as usual provision. The contract may be extended for a period, or periods, of up to a further 60 months. The maximum contract duration will be a period of up to 84 months.",
