The Housing Executive owns and manages approximately 85,000 properties and collects over PS300 million per annum in rent/rates income.
Options: This contract is for an initial 30 month period (Initial Contract Period) with an option to extend for any period or periods up to and including 60 months. The estimated contract value provided in section 11.1.5 in this notice is the Housing Executives estimated value for the total Contract Period including all extension periods.
