- Provision of temporary automatic traffic counters; - Vehicle counts (manual and video); - Vehicle occupancy counts (e.g. Bus, Car, Train, Ferry, etc.); - Journey time data (including video and GPS); - Car Parking data (e.g. occupancy and duration of stay); - Overtaking and platooning data (e.g. using Automatic Number Plate Recognition or Bluetooth); - Origin and Destination data (e.g. using Automatic Number Plate Recognition or Bluetooth) - Queue Length data (including manual and video); - Roadside interview surveys; - Public Transport interview surveys (e.g. Bus, Train, Ferry etc.); - Household Travel interview surveys; - Business Travel interview surveys; - Collation of data obtained from counters and other surveys or datasets.
Procurement Information
This is a Voluntary Ex-Ante Transparency (VEAT) Notice in connection with the Data Collection and Collation Services Framework. The extension is to allow the services for Traffic, Travel and Transport Data to be extended by up to 6.5 months (to 30 September 2021) to ensure continuity through the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and to allow for the completion of re-procurement of the requirements, all in accordance with The Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
