Notice Description

Leicestershire County Council is seeking to identify and appoint a single Supplier of Street Lighting & Signing Equipment to its highway maintenance and improvements organisation. The Council's objective is to minimise the amount of stock it holds in its own stores by working closely with a supply partner. The place of delivery will be to the Stores facilities at the Croft & Mountsorrel Depots in Leicestershire. The goods to be supplied are a range of street lighting materials including steel lighting columns and brackets, luminaires and lamps for road lighting, feeder pillars, cables and cable joints.

Renewal: The contract shall commence on 1st April 2021 until 31st March 2024 with 24-month extension options which will be taken up at the discretion of the council in 12-month increments. The maximum duration of the contract shall be 5 years.
