Summary of the contracting process

The Oldham Council is seeking a construction supplier through the tender titled "Accessible Oldham Strategic Partnership," aimed at executing a series of highway improvement and public realm projects in Oldham Town Centre. The procurement process is currently in the tender stage, and the relevant details can be found at the council's contact, Mr Dan Cheetham, available via email or phone.

This tender presents significant opportunities for construction firms, especially those with expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects and community-focused developments. Given the partnership approach outlined in the procurement, businesses that emphasise collaboration and innovative construction solutions would be particularly well-suited to compete. The focus on enhancing connectivity and accessibility in Oldham Town Centre aligns with broader urban development objectives, providing potential for long-term partnerships and ongoing projects in the region.
