The aim is to provide a more tailored, person-centred approach to English language acquisition which will enable service users to integrate with their communities and advance their skills sufficiently to be able to seek vocational learning, employability services and employment. Contractors on the framework will be required to work in partnership with the project's Adult Learning Co-ordinator to deliver a holistic and co-ordinated approach to English Language and tailored employability provision based on the individual needs of service users.
