Notice Description
Invest NI wish to extend the provision of Drupal Migration and Support Services in accordance with Regulation 72 (1) (c) due to the unforeseen impact of the Covid 19 Pandemic which increased the number of website developments and amendments significantly in addition to implications of the EU exit impacting on business operations.

Lot 1
Invest NI appointed a Contractor to migrate, configure, maintain and support its key corporate websites on the Drupal 8 platform. The scope of this contract included the following services: * Design and build of a Drupal 8 environment including operating systems on supplied hardware, and with separate instances, suitable for all Invest NI corporate websites including the future migration of NIBusinessInfo; * Migration to Drupal 8 and provision of ongoing support and maintenance including operating system patching for the following Invest NI websites from the date the sites have been successfully migrated; InvestNI.com; NIConnections.com; BuyNIFood.com; and # Invest NI Corporate Intranet. * Future planned migration of nibusinessInfo.co.uk to Drupal 8 * Provision of ongoing support and maintenance; * Provision of Drupal technical and development resource through additional development days in support of our internal development team.
Options: This contract started on the Contract Commencement Date and will run for an initial period of three years and up to nine months.There are also seven 7 optional extension periods of one 1 year i.e. 3 years plus 9 months + 1 year + 1 year + 1 year + 1 year + 1 year +1 year + 1 year.
Procurement Information
This is to allow for the provision of necessary services required for the contract, due to unforeseen reasons. The Contractor is the sole supplier of these services and is permissible under the PCR 2015 Regulations 72 1 (c).
