The Contractor shall act as an Employment Business (as defined in Section 13(3) of the Employment Agencies Act 1973) when introducing Agency Workers for Assignments with the Client. The Contractor shall undertake the services of supplying Agency Workers to work temporarily for and under the supervision and direction of the Client, including undertaking searches for appropriately qualified staff, undertaking pre-supply checks, contracting with, paying and taxing temporary staff, and general administration relating to the day to day supply of temporary staff.
