The scope of commercial properties will include (but not be limited too) retail shops, offices, community buildings, buildings in parks and leisure facilities. Lot 3 (Telecoms) General Estate Management services and advice in relation to Telecommunication Masts and Advertising Hoardings within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The service includes (but is not limited too) the delivery of rent reviews, lease renewals, letting and general estate management services.",
