Summary of the contracting process

The Riverside Group Ltd is planning a public procurement process for the "EWS1 - MO - 2021" project, focused on building surveying services within the UK. This initiative involves completing External Wall Surveys (EWS) for 266 high-risk buildings, with a total estimated value of £3,000,000. Interested parties are required to submit their soft market testing document by 12 PM on 5th March 2021 to participate in the tender. The process is currently in the planning stage and will employ a tender type procurement method, where feedback may influence the structuring of contract lots.

This tender presents significant opportunities for companies involved in building surveying, construction, and consultancy services, particularly those specialising in fireproofing and cladding works. Businesses with experience in managing large-scale projects and those familiar with Building Safety Regulations would be particularly well-suited to compete. By participating, these companies can enhance their visibility within the market and potentially expand their project portfolios through collaboration with The Riverside Group Ltd.
