The supply of antibodies and sera (and other human and animal matrices). Only members of www.apuc-scot.ac.uk , www.hepcw.ac.uk , www.lupc.ac.uk , www.neupc.ac.uk,www.nwupc.ac.uk , www.supc.ac.uk will have access to the agreement.

Antibodies
Precise product specifications and quantities are unknown to SUPC. These will be agreed with customers when they call-off the agreement. Historical information has shown on average a PS10M per year spend with Antibodies suppliers. However, this is only an estimation and the value of purchases made under each Framework will depend on Institutions taking up the Frameworks and on suppliers promoting and adhering to the terms of their contracts Additional information: It is anticipated that some of the future call-off contracts under this framework will be part or fully funded from external streams, including European Union (EU) funding (ERDF/ESF) and potentially other research bodies. All funding accessed under this framework will be considered compliant for the purposes of external funding by the named participants.
Options: SUPC will award this Framework Agreement on the basis of 30 months, with 1 option to extend by up to an additional 6 months.
Sera and other matricesPrecise product specifications and quantities are unknown to SUPC. These will be agreed with customers calling-off the agreement. Expenditure across sera suppliers was estimated at less than 2 500 000 GBP for sera, tissue and other blood products. However, this is only an estimation and the value of purchases made under each Framework will depend on Institutions taking up the Frameworks and on suppliers promoting and adhering to the terms of their contracts. Additional information: It is anticipated that some of the future call-off contracts under this framework will be part or fully funded from external streams, including European Union (EU) funding (ERDF/ESF) and potentially other research bodies.
