Options: The contract has the option to be extended for up to 6 years in fixed increments of 2 years at a time (i.e. 4+2+2+2). The total contract term including any extensions will not exceed 10 years.

Renewal: The initial term will be 4 years with the option of 3 extensions of 2 years
