Lot 1

We have an 8 year electrical testing programme and the successful contractor will supply an annual service of electrical items. The works will consist of ad-hoc repairs, installation, servicing and maintenance of electrical items, including specialist equipment such as car charging ports, CCTV cameras, solar panels and ventilation equipment.

Renewal: The contract is to be initially let for a fixed period of three years and will be subject to a five year extension clause. Such an extension will be granted at the Employer's sole discretion and when performance has been measured against the contract KPIs over the initial term.
