Notice Description
Translink wishes to invite tenders for the provision of a "software as a service" (SaaS), fully-hosted, cloud-based Public Transport Planning Platform. The aim of the web-based tool is to map transport routes and services and assess the impact of demographics and changes to routes. The software must create route and schedule scenarios and edit existing routes on a single, web-based map application. It should also generate demographic and accessibility analysis through built-in or importable layers/geographic files and generate isochrone visualisations. In addition, the software should also compute accurate cost and resource requirement estimates.

Options: There will be an initial trial period of 12 months. If successful, following that: -- option of 3 year contract term; -- plus options of an additional two further periods of 1 year each.
