Core Services; Reactive and Preventative Maintenance Services Fire extinguisher servicing Handyman service (putting up shelves, moving furniture ect) Compliance checks (PAT, Emergency light testing, 5 Year fixed electrical tests) Decorating & fabrication service Water Hygiene ( Monthly Temp Checks, L8 Risk assessments, Flushing [scheduled and ad hoc]
