The Science Museum Group intends to procure a fully comprehensive maintenance agreement of the lift portfolio for the Science Museum Group, which currently consists of 22 lifts and 1 escalator as indicated in Appendix C of the tender documents. Over the course of the contract further lifts will be installed and these lifts will also be added to the contract along with any lifts currently not in operation.

The Science Museum Group intends to procure a fully comprehensive maintenance agreement of the lift portfolio for the Science Museum Group, which currently consists of 22 lifts and 1 escalator as indicated in Appendix C of the tender documents. Over the course of the contract further lifts will be installed and these lifts will also be added to the contract along with any lifts currently not in operation. This Agreement will be for an initial period of 3 years commencing 1st April 2020 with an optional 1 + 1 extension dependent upon performance. The successful Contractor will be expected to attend site on a weekly basis during the first 4 weeks of award, this time should be allocated to inspecting, housekeeping, adjustment and the re-programming of autodiallers.
