Notice Description
The Northern Ireland Housing Executive ("the Housing Executive") requires the services of Contractors for a two member Commercial Contract Claims Solicitors Panel. The purpose of this procurement exercise is to establish a two member Solicitors Panel covering the whole of Northern Ireland to meet all of the requirements of the Housing Executive for external solicitors in connection with construction, works and services related commercial contracts ("the Services" as defined in the Specification of Requirements). The Housing Executive seeks tenders from Contractors who wish to tender for one of the two positions available on the Panel. Please note this requirement is defined as a public service contract for 'Social and Other Specific Services' and listed in Schedule 3 of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

Additional information: The Housing Executive have awarded contracts to A&L Goodbody NI and Cleaver Fulton Rankin Ltd. for the period 05 May 2021 - 04 May 2024 with the option to extend by any period(s) of up to and including 24 months, or part thereof. The estimated value of each contract, over the potential contract duration period is PS527,652.28 (PS1,055,304.55 in total).
