Notice Description

SCF wish to establish a Residential* Delivery Framework to deliver the construction of residential schemes or the design and construction of residential schemes or an organisation to develop, design and construct residential schemes either via a development agreement or via a Joint Venture Agreement. In the case of the development agreements or Joint Ventures there may be a requirement to market the residential scheme and/or provide ongoing maintenance and management of leased units. *(Housing, flats, apartments, residential mix use schemes where the majority of the project is residential) The hosts of Southern Construction Framework (Hampshire County Council and Devon County Council) have operated construction Frameworks since 2007 and the current fourth iteration of its construction Framework has operated since April 2019. Various residential construction projects have been carried out using the Construction Framework but SCF have decided to establish a bespoke residential delivery framework delivered by suitably experienced residential delivery partners. The Framework will be divided into four Lots: Lot 1 will be construct or design and construct 10 to 75 dwellings Lot 2 will be construct or design and construct 65+ dwellings Lot 3 will be residential led development 10 to 75 dwellings Lot 4 will be residential led development 65+ dwellings Further sublots will be created for specific geographical regions. The current PIN notification is to advise prospective organisations that a market engagement day will be carried out via a MS Teams meeting on the 26 March 2021, organisations wishing to attend the market engagement day need to contact matthew.elliott@devon.gov.uk by 18:00 on the 23 March 2021 in order to request a place at the market engagement day. The number of attendees from each organisation is limited to two. Full email addresses for the attendees need to be provided in order to be offered a place at the meeting.
