The sessions should alternate between West and East London each month or where demand requires offer one in each location each month. In addition to providing costs for delivery of the group supervision, please also specify the hourly rate for addition 1:1 supervision should there be an occasional requirement to do that. In a group setting you must: Give practical support to the advocates to process the emotional impact of the situations they hear and see.
