These measurements are intended for guidance only and should not be relied upon for pricing purposes.

Options: Prices shall be submitted per route along with a separate hourly rate price for any additional works which the Council is not guaranteed to accept - no hourly rate will be accepted at 20% more than the median hourly rate tendered by all bidders.
Renewal: Contracts will be let for an initial period of three years with a further option of extension up to a period of 24 months subject to satisfactory completion and annual review.
