Notice Description

Transport for London by itself or via one of its subsidiary companies (together "TfL") is seeking to appoint strategic partner(s) for the provision of car park management services. TfL's objective with this car park portfolio is to consider how best to maintain revenue and customer benefit, while also future proofing for longer term demands and opportunities for car parking space to support Mayoral goals.

Lot Information

Lot 1 - Car Park Operator

Lot 1: Car Park Operator This Lot shall focus on providing a fully managed car park management services, alongside technology project management and various revenue and inventory management functions. Whilst the customer facing payment platform will be provided for under Lot 2, this Lot shall be accountable for the seamless integration with Lot 2 in order to deliver both traditional PCN and ANPR enforcement.

Options: Option to extend the contract by two years (1+1) from the initial five year contract.

Renewal: Whilst TfL provide car parking and related services there will be a continual need to ensure a fully managed service is in place.

Lot 2 - Payment Platform Provider

Lot 2: Payment Platform Provider This Lot focuses on provided a seamless, cashless and ubiquitous payment platform providing TfL customers with an easy to use solution and a technology platform to support innovation. In order to support traditional PCN and ANPR enforcement provided for under Lot 1, this Lot shall be accountable for the seamless integration with Lot 1.

Options: Option to extend the contract by two years (1+1) from the initial five year contract.

Renewal: Whilst TfL provide car parking and related services there will be a continual need to ensure a fully managed service is in place.
