The scope of the PQQ is the delivery of a suitable IT solution that will extract event logs and use them to generate visualizations and other output that give a full picture of any bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or gaps in SSE's processes. This should also offer the capability to fix processing issues through system generated actions and automations

Following the development of a Digital Strategy, SSE Procurement are planning to implement a process mining solution in the summer of 2021. It is envisaged that initially this solution will be connected to the main procurement systems with an expectation that there will be a requirement to deploy to other areas within SSE shortly afterwards
