Notice Description
The award of a contract by Education Authority Northern Ireland (EANI) without prior publication of a call for competition for the provision of an Open College Network NI Partnership with EA Youth Service. This will address educational underachievement towards closing the gap and addressing barriers to learning, focusing on Personal and Social development of young people. Courses will be delivered through informal youth work methodologies for the period 1 April 2021 - 31 March 2024.

Procurement Information
There are derogations under the regulations to award a contract to a single supplier where the supplies or services can only be supplied by a particular supplier for the reason :- i) Where competition is absent for technical reasons (regulation 32(2)(b)(ii)) OCN, as an educational charity and awarding organisation, are the only body able to provide the national accreditation required.
