As an employee, a trainee nursing associate will be based in a particular organisation in a specific setting. But they will also experience working in alternative settings to gain a wide appreciation of many health and care environments to fulfil all the requirements of the programme. At the end of the programme, the trainee will be equipped with the knowledge, understanding, skills, attitudes and behaviors relevant to employment as a nursing associate.",
