Notice Description
We are seeking to appoint a multimedia production company(ies) to deliver audio visual exhibits for the exhibition gallery in the First Light Pavilion at the Jodrell Bank Discovery Centre - a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Lot Information
Entrance and chapter introductions / animations
Lot 1 comprises of stand alone AV installations that whilst critical to telling the story of Bernard Lovell and Jodrell Bank, do not have a direct impact on the universe projection and soundscape which is at the heart of the exhibition experience. Content within these installations may appear within the universe projection but it is not released directly as the AV installation is triggered.
Universe projection and complex interactivesLot 2 forms the core of the exhibition which is the universe projection - the array of 15No. dish sections saved from the original 1957 telescope
