Notice Description
This Framework Agreement is for the supply of a range of Gastro Intestinal, Endocrine, Nutrition & Blood Generic Medicines to NHS Scotland. The Goods have been separated into eleven (11) categories, each of which is identified as a "Lot". Full details of each Lot is contained in section II.2 of this notice.
Lot Information
Lot 4 Mesalazine
The Supply of Mesalazine to NHS Scotland in a range of presentations. The Authority has awarded each product line as an unranked multi-supplier framework agreement to six (6) Framework Participants
Renewal: Option to extend by a period of up to twenty-four (24), upon giving not less than three (3) months written notice, such notice to expire no later than the date the Framework Agreement is due to expire
Lot 1 Desferrioxamine InjectionsSupply of Desferrioxamine Injections to NHS Scotland in a range of presentations. The Authority has awarded all presentations within this lot to a single supplier.
Renewal: Option to extend by a further period of up to 24 months, upon giving not less than three (3) months written notice, such notice to expire no later than the date the Framework Agreement is due to expire.
Lot 2 Dexamethasone InjectionsThe Supply of Dexamethasone Injections The Authority has awarded each product line as an unranked multi-supplier framework agreement to six (6) Framework Participants

Lot 7 BudesonideThe supply of Budesonide to NHS Scotland in a range of presentations. The Authority has awarded each product line as an unranked multi-supplier framework agreement to two (2) Framework Participants

Lot 8 Vitamin with minerals and trace elementsThe supply of Vitamin with minerals and trace elements to NHS Scotland in a range of presentations. The Authority intends awarding each product line as a multi-supplier unranked framework agreement and it is envisaged a maximum of 6 Suppliers will be awarded. Lot 10 All Other PresentationsSupply of all other products/presentations within this tender to NHS Scotland. Each product line was treated as an individual Lot, and the Authority has awarded each lot to a single framework participant.
Renewal: Option to extend by a period of up to twenty-four (24), upon giving not less than three (3) months written notice, such notice to expire no later than the date the Framework Agreement is due to expire.
Lot 11 TrientineSupply of Trientine within this tender to NHS Scotland. Each product line was treated as an individual Lot, and has been awarded to a single Framework Participant.
