Requirement: Disposal of hazardous tar bound bituminous road planes Liverpool City Council (LCC) Highways work is estimated to require the disposal of 30,000 - 40,000 tonnes of tar bound waste per year, requiring specialist disposal. LCC are looking to identify potential suppliers who can fulfil this requirement and are seeking responses to a Soft Market Test/PIN Notice.
