Extension to Framework Agreement for the supply of Books, e-books, standing orders and related materials (LIB 4035 SU). Extension is for a maximum of 6 months from 1st August 2021 until 31st January 2022 with no amendment to the Lots, contract value, or Suppliers apart from those who no longer trade. Need for modification was brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not forsee (see VII.2)
