Notice Description
The Cwm Taf Water Supply Strategy will be delivered using the Direct Procurement for Customers (DPC) model by Ofwat. This notice relates to the Financial Advisory Services that will support the delivery of the DPC project through to financial close out.

Financial Advisory Services to support the delivery of the DPC project through to financial close out including: Stage 3 - Outline Business Case (OBC); Stage 4 - The procurement phase; Stage 5 - Final business case, contract award and financial close.
Options: The contract awarded will be for an initial 3-year period with an option to extend for a further 1 year at the sole discretion of DCC. This means a possible total duration of 4 years if all options are taken.
