    "description": "The selection of the architect-led multidisciplinary team will be carried out using the two stage restricted process. Pre-Qualification The completed ESPDs will be scored to establish bidders to proceed to the tender stages. Please refer to contract documentation for exclusion and selection criteria. Tender Stage Short-listed bidders (maximum 5) will be invited to submit project specific information on a Pre-Interview Questionnaire (PIQ). These will be scored by the selection panel and bidders will be invited to attend a digital presentation/interview. Final selection will be on a quality based selection procedure.
