The Regent Cinema has operated in Redcar for many years, the building has recently been demolished and a new cinema is currently under construction. An operator is being sought to run the Regent Cinema and the catering service operated from within the cinema. The operator will be expected to engage in the final stages of the build and operate the site from its opening day as a key community venue accessible to all. Options: Upon the ending of the initial 60 month period there are two further 60 month optional extension periods.
