The framework can be accessed by any member of Innovation Chain NorthWest. Membership of ICN will be restricted to those who will seek to deliver mixed use housing and associated social infrastructure schemes within the geographic regions identified. The current registered providers who may use the ICN framework are shown via the link below: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/current-registered-providers-of-social-housing Any subsidiaries of the registered providers included on the above list will have access to ICN. At this time we do not know who will join next framework. However, list of current clients can be found at: https://www.innovationchainnw.co.uk/about
