System to be used across the wider LQ Group and selected third party suppliers and contractors* LQ Group's compliance with UK Health and Safety lawFurther information on LQ Group can be found at https://www.lqgroup.org.uk/en/about-landqThe scope of the procurement shall focus on:* automation of future business processes that are currently manual in nature, enabling maximisation of available efficiencies* reduction of operational riskIt is anticipated LQHT's specification shall focus on the following key areas:* Accident and Incident - Capturing, Reporting and Investigation * Display Screen Equipment (DSE) - Employee training and assessment (initial, refresher and ad hoc), centralised validation of results, ability to take remedial action* Risk Assessments (RA) - Employee's and third party suppliers and contractors undertaking of risk assessments, specified ownership and accountability, Corporate Health and Safety Team oversight and guidance, informance of Corporate Health and Safety policy* Audit and Inspections - proactive and planned audits inspections to ensure standards are maintained and compliance with UK Health and Safety law and internal LQ Group policy and procedures is adhered to* Permits to Work - Assurance that method statements have been agreed and are aligned to applicable legislation.
