Over the next 5 years, ABP's objective is to establish a range of Delivery Partners for industrial building construction that deliver mainstream requirements for UK projects. The framework will focus on a Design and Build, and Construct Only main contractor arrangement.

Lot 1A Humberside
Over the next 5 years, ABP's objective is to establish a range of Delivery Partners for industrial building construction that deliver mainstream requirements for UK projects. The framework will focus on a Design & Build, and Construct Only main contractor arrangement. This Sub-Lot concerns the Humberside region and contains the following ports: Grimsby, Immingham, Goole and Hull.
Renewal: The proposed Framework Contract will continue for 5 years, with an option for a further 2 years extension on +1 and +1 basis. However, individual call-off contracts/commissions awarded under the Framework Contract are not restricted to years in length.
Lot 1E South and East EnglandOver the next 5 years, ABP's objective is to establish a range of Delivery Partners for industrial building construction that deliver mainstream requirements for UK projects. The framework will focus on a Design and Build, and Construct Only main contractor arrangement. This Sub-Lot concerns the South and East England and contains the following locations: King's Lynn, Lowestoft, Ipswich, Plymouth, Teignmouth, Southampton, Hams Hall (Birmingham).
Renewal: The proposed Framework Contract will continue for 5 years, with an option for a further 2 years extension on +1 and +1 basis. However, individual call-off contracts/commissions awarded under the Framework Contract are not restricted to years in length.
Lot 1B ScotlandOver the next 5 years ABP's objective is to establish a range of Delivery Partners for industrial building construction that deliver mainstream requirements for UK projects. The framework will focus on a Design & Build, and Construct Only main contractor arrangement. This Sub-Lot concerns the Scotland region and contains the following ports: Silloth, Ayr and Troon.
Renewal: The proposed Framework Contract will continue for 5 years, with an option for a further 2 years extension on +1 and +1 basis. However, individual call-off contracts/commissions awarded under the Framework Contract are not restricted to years in length.
Lot 1C North WestOver the next 5 years ABP's objective is to establish a range of Delivery Partners for industrial building construction that deliver mainstream requirements for UK projects. The framework will focus on a Design & Build, and Construct Only main contractor arrangement. This Sub-Lot concerns the North West region and contains the following ports: Garston, Fleetwood, Barrow.
Renewal: The proposed Framework Contract will continue for 5 years, with an option for a further 2 years extension on +1 and +1 basis. However, individual call-off contracts/commissions awarded under the Framework Contract are not restricted to years in length.
Lot 1D South WalesOver the next 5 years ABP's objective is to establish a range of Delivery Partners for industrial building construction that deliver mainstream requirements for UK projects. The framework will focus on a Design & Build, and Construct Only main contractor arrangement. This Sub-Lot concerns the South Wales region and contains the following ports: Newport, Cardiff, Barry, Port Talbot and Swansea.
Renewal: The proposed Framework Contract will continue for 5 years, with an option for a further 2 years extension on +1 and +1 basis. However, individual call-off contracts/commissions awarded under the Framework Contract are not restricted to years in length.
