Insurance Framework Agreement for Renfrewshire Council and Associated Bodies, and Renfrewshire Valuation Joint Board
Notice Description
The Renfrewshire Council, as lead contracting body, is seeking to secure insurance cover (excluding broker services) for The Renfrewshire Council and other associated bodies and Renfrewshire Valuation joint Board (RVJB) through the creation of a Framework Agreement. The framework agreement is split into a number of Lots. Call Off Agreements made under each Lot will be made by Direct Award as detailed in the procurement documents. In respect of the requirements of The Renfrewshire Council and the associated bodies include The Clyde Plan ; Park Lane Developments (Renfrewshire) LLP; Paisley Museum Re-imagined Charitable Trust; And Scotland Excel.

Options: The Council reserves the right to utilise Regulation 72 1 (a) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 - Modification of contracts during their term to modify the length of the framework agreement and call off contract term.
Renewal: The Framework Agreement is for 4 years. A call off Agreement awarded under this Framework may extend beyond the Term of the Framework Agreement"
TerrorismLot 2 Terrorism is for Renfrewshire Council and associated bodies only
