EN:Procure Ltd (ENP) is a social housing regeneration consortium based in North of England. ENP specialises in the procurement of goods, works and services for the construction and maintenance of social housing properties. ENP wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement with multiple contractors for the new build construction of residential and commercial buildings. The scope of works undertaken via the framework agreement will include site preparation, site remediation, associated civil engineering and infrastructure works, design, new build construction, refurbishment and the development of various property types. The contractors will be expected to complete the works to a high standard and are expected to share ENP's commitment to regeneration, specifically the creation of training and employment opportunities.

Schemes Up to a Maximum of 10 Units (North West Region of England)

This lot will be for the construction of a variety of residential and commercial buildings up to a maximum number of 10 units predominantly in the region of the North West of England but this may extend to other areas of the UK. The scope of the works undertaken within this lot will include site preparation with various degrees of complexity and defined elements of infrastructure. The works will incorporate various levels of design responsibility. Contractors who are appointed to this lot will be required to meet the minimum training and employment targets associated to the value of scheme(s) undertaken via this lot. Additional information: Bidders are referred to Clause 12 of Document A of the tender documents detailing any bidding restrictions. It is envisaged that a framework agreement will be awarded to 15 contractors for this lot. The maximum number of bidders for this lot may increase where two or more bidders have tied scores in fifteenth position. EN:Procure also reserve the right to award to any bidder whose final score is within 2 % of fifteenth or equal fifteenth position.
