North Yorkshire County Council alongside the City of York Council require the provision of radio aids, associated equipment, maintenance and servicing to support individuals with hearing loss in educational settings. The radio aids purchased by the Authorities must be compatible with hearing aids which are supplied by the Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) to children and young people in the North Yorkshire and York region.
