Notice Description
Invest NI wishes to appoint a suitable contractor to manage and deliver the full range of filming and production services that facilitate the agreed elements of Invest NI's annual schedule of communication plans. The provision of an extensive range of filming and production outputs is an essential part of the Client's communications strategy and provides a strategic platform to promote its programmes and advisory services, which will ultimately facilitate annual programme referral and participation targets. This will also help to identify and build a pipeline of potential customers and support and encourage pull-through between the Client's core customer segments.

Invest NI wishes to appoint a suitable contractor to manage and deliver the full range of filming and production services that facilitate the agreed elements of Invest NI's annual schedule of communication plans. The provision of an extensive range of filming and production outputs is an essential part of the Client's communications strategy and provides a strategic platform to promote its programmes and advisory services, which will ultimately facilitate annual programme referral and participation targets. This will also help to identify and build a pipeline of potential customers and support and encourage pull-through between the Client's core customer segments. Additional information: This competition is for Schedule 3 Social and Other Specific Services of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as amended. Regulations 51 d and 74 to 76 are applicable.. . The estimated total value of the Filming and Production Services Contract is between PS500,000 and PS1,000,000. This range represents the upper limit of an estimated Contract value and reflects the potential scales of the Contract and takes into account such changes to the scope and/or scale, which may result from future operational requirements.
Options: The Contract will be awarded for an initial period of 24 months with the option to extend for a further periods of up to 24 months and a further period of up to 12 months. A maximum of 5 years in total.
