    "description": "The Utilities will be hosting a PIN workshop on Thursday 15th July where prospective bidders are invited to attend to gain an insight into the strategic intention of this framework and to participate in individual feedback sessions with the Utilities. The workshop may be attended in person at \"The Academy\" - Hawksley Park, St Martin's Road, Stoneleigh, Coventry CV3 6PR or virtually (subject to government guidelines at the time, restrictions on number of attendees per organisation may be required). Attendance is not compulsory, nor is it a prerequisite for participation in any future tender activity. Additional information relating to the PIN workshop is available upon request. Attendance should be confirmed by Monday 5th July.",
