PIN NOTICE ONLY-Cornwall Colleges Group are looking to appoint suitably qualified contractor(s) to undertake the following:LOT 1* 16 individual Study Bedroom units all having the ability to lock as an individual unit and providing appropriate privacy.* Appropriately lit, ventilated and heated and protection from the elements when stepping outside the door of the individual unit.* I single bed* 1 Shower, Sink & washbasin in a separate "ensuite" facility.* I "place for study" i.e. desk with WIFI coverage for each unit* Clothes storage (drawers and space for hanging clothes)Installation requirements * Plug and play for the services and electrically each with their own independent distribution trips located within the unit. * A minimum of a 10 amp supply per unit. * Internal space average( 3.5m x 3.0 for a junior and that is comparable with our internal rooms). * Water supply would need to be ideally push fit connection * Waste pipes interconnected to allow for Single connection into a foul drain or soak away / cess pit * Each unit needs to be on screw jacks for levelling on site.LOT 2 Groundworks* To install a waste management system that meets the requirements of the local authority to facilitate 16 units * To bring in a fresh water main from an adjacent building * To bring electric connection from a local switch room to service each unit.* To provide a underground duct to service the fibre optic cable
