    "description": "As Event Warrior Ltd 'EWL' were the only viable supplier identified following the EOI exercise, negotiations were able to take place to agree the terms of the contract and review their tender proposal. No evaluation criteria was therefore set. An initial meeting was held with EWL on 29th July 21 to review their initial EOI response and to request for a proposal from them on how they would deliver the service and commercial terms. An initial proposal was received from EWL on 6th August which was further developed during August 21 to ensure the standards of service the Council expects will be delivered.",
