Erect 3 no. residential flats providing respite accommodation. Children and Young people with learning disabilities need a place to 'call their own'. Although many with learning disabilities can be meaningfully integrated in mainstream environments, a specialist place to play and socialise is crucial to their individual inclusion within their limited world.
