01813A Provision of Milk and Dairy Products (Multi-Site)
Supply of fresh milk and processed dairy products (cheese, yoghurt, butter and cream) to SPS sites across Scotland against an agreed week-day delivery cycle.
Renewal: The contract has the option to be extended by up to an additional 4 years on a 2 year + 2 year basis.

Following publication of the Contract Notice, an Invitation to Tender (ITT) including the Single Procurement Document (Scotland) will be published by SPS and will be made available to bidders. Tender responses will then be evaluated by the SPS in accordance with the ITT.

Procurement Information
SPS had tendered this requirement in the latter part of 2021 and received no viable bids beyond the incumbent supplier. Volatile market conditions and lack of availability of fresh milk in Scotland and the UK have subsequently led to potential suppliers not seeking new business.
