Supply of fresh milk and processed dairy products (cheese, yoghurt, butter and cream) to SPS sites across Scotland against an agreed week-day delivery cycle.
Renewal: The contract has the option to be extended by up to an additional 4 years on a 2 year + 2 year basis.

SPS had tendered this requirement in the latter part of 2021 and received no viable bids beyond the incumbent supplier. Volatile market conditions and lack of availability of fresh milk in Scotland and the UK have subsequently led to potential suppliers not seeking new business.
