The project, aimed at enhancing the public space as part of the Yorkshire Maritime City initiative, is currently at the award stage following a tender process, which has recently resulted in an unsuccessful outcome. This tender presents notable opportunities for businesses within the construction and public arts sectors, particularly those specialising in urban redevelopment, landscaping, and ecological enhancements. Companies that can demonstrate quality craftmanship, alongside innovative approaches to public space design, will be well-positioned to compete in future tenders related to this project.
