Provision of Gas Service, Maintenance and Repair
Notice Description
The requirement is to carry out annual servicing in accordance with Gas Safety/IGE/UP/1 and 1A regulations/procedures, routine/responsive gas, plumbing and heating repairs across (approximately) 46 sites within Oxford City boundaries containing gas fired domestic and commercial heating equipment, associated controls, fan heaters/fan assisted radiators a small number oil fired appliances and small number of gas fired catering appliances The suppliers will also be required to provide a 365/24/7 responsive repairs service to ensure appliances and systems are repaired and maintained in working order and safe operation.
