Bidders are invited to submit their tender for the appointment of contractors to a Framework agreement for the Designing, and the undertaking of construction works in relation to bariatric accommodation using modern methods of construction to near zero carbon. The ITT will also serve to appoint a contractor to undertake design and build requirements at Perthcelyn - used as the scenario requirement for the establishing of the framework.
